About the United Way of Lake County Allocations Process or Three Year Impact Grants

United Way of Lake County distributes approximately $948,367 to more than 58 programs through the Three Year Impact Grants or Allocations Grant distribution review process. This process has grown and changed over the many years that we have distributed grant money through the community. Over the past three years, United Way of Lake County program committees have revised the allocation review process to reflect the four programs that United Way of Lake County is focusing on:

Every year, United Way of Lake County will address a desired condition from each of our four program areas. This past year we focused on desired conditions pertaining to parent engagement for our education programs and breaking the cycle of poverty for our Safe and Stable Families Program.

United Way of Lake County has partnered with over 58 unique community partnerships throughout Lake County for the 2014-2015 fiscal year. We are proud to call these organizations community partners.
