Accurate, timely reports about your campaign's progress are available for your review at any time. e-Pledge allows you to view daily, weekly or even hourly reports online in our secure system. You can quickly and easily see who's made a decision regarding their gift, what cash to collect, and how your campaign compares against last year.

e-Pledge will reduce your paperwork dramatically! At the end of the campaign, you can download or have emailed to you, all the information needed to import into your payroll system. e-Pledge may not be able to get rid of all your paperwork, but it can reduce it dramatically!

How to Get Started and What You'll Need:

At least 50% of your employees must have access to a computer connected to the Internet.
A spreadsheet or other file that lists, at minimum, your employees' names and email addresses and employee number. United Way will work with you to determine the information needed to customize your site.
An electronic copy of your company logo to personalize your site.
A letter from your company's CEO inviting employees to participate in your annual campaign which will be placed either on the front page of your web site or included in the email that is sent to employees with login and password information.
