Lake Effect

Who We Are:
Lake Effect is a movement that connects emerging leaders to each other and their community.  We’re building an open network of like-minded young professionals who want to: learn about and make an impact in their community, develop strong leadership skills, and build stronger networks.

Mission Statement:
It is the mission of Lake Effect of Lake County to provide young professionals living in Lake County a clear pathway to increased community involvement, developed leadership skills and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with like-minded professionals and businesses. Through leadership development series and community involvement projects, Lake Effect will engage and develop new and exciting leaders in Lake County.
