United Way of Lake County seeks an innovative individual enthusiastic about serving others and ensuring that 211 Lake County excels in delivering referral services and information to residents of Lake County. The 211 Community Engagement Coordinator is a key team member responsible for ensuring that 211 Lake County helps provide a positive experience and value to Lake County community members and stakeholders.

United Way is participating in the AmeriCorps Volunteers in Service to America (VISTA) program. This national program has provided us with top-of-the-line staff members, allowing us to significantly expand our programs to reach more children and their families in Lake County. Each volunteer member makes a full-time, year-long commitment to serve on a specific project at a nonprofit organization or public agency.
