1. SIGNING INTO CLASSY

Classy is the online fundraising platform United Way of Lake County uses to manage its donations and events. To update your billing information, you will need to use the platform directly.

  1. Open your preferred web browser on your computer
  2. Go to www.Classy.org/login#!
  3. Fill in your email and password associated with your donations(s) - (If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble resetting it, please contact prosupport@classy.org for assistance.)

2. UPDATING YOUR PROFILE

Once you have successfully logged into your Classy account, you will be able to:

  1. Manage your donations
  2. See donation history
  3. Update contact information
  4. Edit your password
  5. Create a fundraiser

3. UPDATING CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

  1. Once on My Profile screen, scroll to the bottom of the page to My Recurring Donations
  2. Click the edit link to the recurring donation you would like to update (billing address and/or credit card used)
  3. This will take you to a new screen to update your information

When you have made your changes

  1. Click Save Changes
  2. Log out of your account - (If you are having trouble updating your card information, please contact prosupport@classy.org for assistance.)
