Services included target the physical, emotional, mental, economic, social well-being, or educational needs of individuals in our community. You can access the information through our Find Help Lake County Guide and an online searchable database, www.FindHelpLakeCounty.org.
Information available in the Find Help Lake County Guide is available in English and Spanish and is intended to assist individuals in obtaining basic information on services. The guide includes information on the types of services available, the programs and contact phone numbers for the services, and local agency phone numbers and website.
